The problem we are addressing
Receipts and invoices become scattered across email, paper folders, bank accounts and property-manager statements. AYTD aims to create one calmer routine for capturing and reviewing those records.
AYTD is being built around a simple observation: expenses happen throughout the year, but too often the evidence is only chased at tax time. AYTD is being developed as a records-focused system, beginning with Rental & Records and designed to support additional evidence-based workflows over time.

The language and workflow are intended to remain understandable to non-accountants, including owners with one property and those managing several.
AYTD is not positioned as a complete accounting platform, property-management system or substitute for an accountant or registered tax agent.
The initial product and educational content focus on Australian rental property record keeping. Detailed taxation material will be verified before public launch.
